Shipping policy
We appreciate for your orders and giving us a chance to serve you. Please note following few store policies.
- Your satisfaction is utmost important to us. If you are not fully satisfy with your purchase or you don't love your jewelry, you can return for refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of your order. Please note that, we can not accept any worn or damaged jewelry. Please contact us for return authorization number (RMA) before sending your jewelry. Any package that does not contain RMA number will be return to sender.
- Please make sure of your wrist size before ordering. You can refer to FAQ section on how to order the proper size. We do offer one time resizing service at no cost to customers. Resizing service include, one time sizing up or down, return shipment back to customer. It is customer's responsibility to ship products to us for resizing and we suggest using shipping method with tracking information.
- Any defective or wrong item received must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Please provide detailed information on the nature of problem with your shipment. We will replace your order with no cost to you.
